Cancellations by Adventure Waihi Ltd:

Due to the many changing moods of Mother Nature we (Adventure Waihi Ltd) reserve the right to cancel trips / Tours / Treks / Activities / Adventures or any other product, where we deem the conditions unsafe or unsuitable. In such occasion Adventure Waihi will endeavour to accommodate your booking at the earliest suitable time, without incurring any additional costs to Adventure Waihi Limited.
Guests in such circumstances may choose to elect for a refund (subject to a 10% administration fee) or alternatively a voucher for the same product valid for 30 days.

In the case that any Adventure Waihi staff or agent of, feel that a guest is unsuitably fit or for any reason that any guest's participation may compromise the safety of the guest or any other member of the group, reserve the right to refuse participation of the guest in question.

Cancellation by Clients:

Adventure Waihi Limited will only consider any refund outlined below, if cancellation notice is received within a period exceeding 24 hours prior to Activity \ Tour \ Excursion commencement time.

We (Adventure Waihi Ltd) understand that for many reasons people’s plans change. Whether it's due to an illness, accident or a simple change of heart, we may have incurred costs in taking your booking and/or turned away other interested parties.
If a cancellation of a booking through any medium reduces the number of a group below the minimum required numbers, no refund shall be granted. In such occurrences, Adventure Waihi Limited will make all efforts to re-organise the group but in all fairness to the remaining guests "The Show should go on". If replacement guest(s) are located a 10% administration fee shall apply.

Online booking cancellation notice received exceeding 48 hours prior to date booked, a full refund shall be arranged less a $10 administration fee.
Booking via any third party no money will be deducted by Adventure Waihi Limited, but your booking may be subject to the terms and condition of the booking agent involved and subject to a charge.

Any request for refund received within the 24 hour period will not be considered but Adventure Waihi will attempt to re-arrange an alternative time, subject to all considerations to Adventure Waihi's schedule and group sizes. This excludes instances where a cancellation reduces the group's size to less than the minimum required numbers. Adventure Waihi has audited safety plans in place for all tours and operations but anybody partaking in any of the adventures/activities will do so at their own risk.

All prices quoted are in NZ dollars and inclusive of gst and any permit fees involved.
